Damascus steel is making something of a comeback, and Blacksmith Dmitriy Shevchenko is making all sorts of knives from interesting sources of steel.

The dark-arts of making damascus steel have been lost int eh mists of time. Blacksmiths like Dmitriy Shevchenko are trying to recreate the lost art and are making beautiful functional knives at the same time.
