Ingredients

  • Salmon

Instructions

  1. Cube your salmon and thread it on to kebab stick.
  2. Season to your taste.
  3. Place salmon sticks on to the rack inside your UFO Smoke Box and smoke for approximately 2 hours.

Salmon can be eaten anytime, it’s all about how smoky and cooked you like it!
